Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to goods ordered via the online store www.yodescent.co.uk

1. Seller
The Seller is yodescent.co.uk. 

2. Order process
2.1 Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you.

2.2 An offer is made when you place the order for your products. As you go through the order process there will be a series of instructions, however, we will not have made a contract with you  until we accept your offer.

2.3 When an offer has been accepted and your card details have been checked we will then take payment from your card and process your order. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

2.4 If you have entered a correct e-mail address, we will send you an order acknowledgment e-mail and order update e-mail.

2.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it,order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage,even though we may have debited your card or we have sent acknowledging e-mails. Very occasionally an error may occur resulting in the goods described on our website not being the goods actually available for sale or the advert being incorrect. If this occurs and is noticed before the order is dispatched, you will be contacted regarding the matter and told about the changes. You will be given the option of going through with the sale,purchasing other goods we may have available or receiving a full refund. If the goods have been dispatched to you in error you will be given the option to purchase other goods we may have available or given a full refund on return of the item sent in error along with a refund for postage. Your order will then be amended or cancelled.

2.6 The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the goods.
2.7 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2.5 of these terms and conditions.
2.8 We do not file details of your order for you to access please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgment for your own record.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. We are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment.
3.2 You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and include VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT.
3.3 A delivery charge will be applied at checkout. Please view our delivery charges on shipping or click here.

3.4 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
4. Delivery
4.1 We deliver to any UK address  when paying via paypal. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Any orders placed for these addresses will be cancelled and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods. Please view our delivery charges on shipping .
4.2 Orders may require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.
5. Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed. Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel any order up to 30 working days starting from the day after the goods were received in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The following procedures will apply:
5.1 You can email us at help@yodescent.co.uk  If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order).Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods. If a cancelled item is delivered and signed for, please return the item to us in the same condition you received it in. To see how to return an item please go to 7. These terms & conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
6. Returns
6.1 Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned  damaged,unwrapped or used.

6.2 Refunds will be credited to the card or paypal account used for the original payment.

6.3 Refunds will be given for the full cost of the item only. The shipping cost & handling fee are non refundable at all time (unless a product is faulty/damaged or has been sent in error.

7. How To Return
To return your order via your local postal service, please follow the instructions below:

7.1 If a product is faulty/damaged or has been sent in error, customers must contact our Online Customer Services department to arrange for the item to be returned before a full refund can be given.

7.2 Pack the product into the original packaging.

7.3 Affix a signed for returns label to the outside of your parcel  and complete and attach the return address label. Take the parcel to your local postal service and obtain proof of postage.
